Return and Refund Policy
At Sorelyne, we seek to provide a fair and transparent shopping experience while maintaining clear procedures for returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders enter processing shortly after they are placed. Customers who wish to request the cancellation or modification of an order must contact us as soon as possible.
A cancellation or modification request is not guaranteed once the order has entered processing, preparation, or shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it is not possible to intercept, cancel, or modify it.
International Orders and Mandatory Consumer Rights
This Policy establishes our standard commercial terms and return procedures.
Except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise, our procedures regarding returns, refunds, cancellations, and related matters shall be governed by the terms expressly established in this Policy.
For orders shipped to jurisdictions that provide mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived, excluded, or limited by contract, those rights shall apply exclusively to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any statutory consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
Any statutory right of cancellation, withdrawal, return, refund, warranty, or similar consumer right that applies exclusively in a particular country or jurisdiction shall not be interpreted as a voluntary worldwide benefit offered by us. Such rights shall apply only where and to the extent that they are legally mandatory for that specific transaction.
Except where required by applicable law, customers requesting a voluntary return due to a change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection, or similar reasons must comply with the eligibility requirements, time limits, return procedures, product-condition requirements, and return-shipping responsibilities established in this Policy.
Claims involving defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially non-conforming products shall be handled separately from voluntary change-of-mind returns and in accordance with this Policy and any mandatory consumer rights applicable to the transaction.
Governing Law
Except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise, these Terms and the store's related policies shall be governed by the laws applicable to our business in the United States.
For international orders, any mandatory consumer rights applicable to the transaction shall remain unaffected exclusively to the extent that such rights cannot legally be excluded, waived, or limited.
No provision of this Policy shall be interpreted as a voluntary extension of the consumer protection laws or statutory protections of one country or jurisdiction to customers located in other jurisdictions.
Before returning any product, the customer must contact our customer service team and follow the instructions provided.
Products sent to an unauthorized address or returned without the necessary order information may experience delays in return processing.
Return Conditions
To the extent permitted by applicable law, returned products must include the items and accessories originally supplied and must be returned substantially in the same condition in which they were received.
We require photographs or videos of the product, packaging, accessories, and any reported issue before providing return instructions.
Once the returned merchandise is received, it will be inspected before the refund is approved.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns made solely due to a change of mind, personal preference, size/color preference, or other reasons that are not related to a defective or incorrect product, return shipping costs shall be the responsibility of the customer.
When it is confirmed that the product arrived defective or damaged, we will provide the solution required by applicable law.
Damaged or Defective Products
The customer must contact us as soon as an issue is identified and provide the order number, together with clear photographs or videos demonstrating the reported issue.
Providing this evidence allows our team to analyze the situation and determine the appropriate solution.
Complimentary Products and Gifts
Complimentary products, promotional gifts, and accessories provided at no cost are subject to availability.
We may provide the gift in the selected color when available or, if that option is unavailable, in the closest available color or variation, without the need for prior notice, with the substitution being made automatically.
Minor differences in shade, color, finish, or appearance of a complimentary product do not, by themselves, constitute a defect in the purchased product, nor do they give the customer a right to a refund on that basis.
Color and Appearance Variations
Reasonable variations in shade or appearance that do not materially affect the functionality of the product will not automatically be considered manufacturing defects.
Refunds
When a return is required, the refund may be processed after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will normally be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
After a refund has been issued, the time required for the funds to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Original shipping costs and return shipping costs will only be refundable where required by applicable law or where expressly determined by us.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, any additional shipping or processing costs shall be the customer's responsibility.
Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to circumstances attributable to the recipient, costs related to shipping or returning the merchandise may be deducted from the refund, if the store determines that issuing a refund is appropriate.
Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts, or replaces consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Where mandatory law applicable to the customer provides rights greater than those established in this Policy, the mandatory law shall prevail.
